Raymond L. Montoya is a retired Police Sgt. of twenty-six and
a half years and is currently employed as a Criminal Investigator
for the Brazos County Attorney’s office in Bryan, Texas.
Currently, he holds the following martial arts ranks:
8th dan: American Shorin
Kempo Karate
under Hanshi Terry L. Bryan, 9th dan
6th dan: Shaolin Kempo/Mu Ying Tao
under Dr. Harold Mayle, 10th dan
3rd dan: U.S. Kenpo Kobujitsu

3rd dan: Luzviminda Arnis Kali Brotherhood

techniques in subjects such as knife drills and disarms, inside
fighting and trapping, jujitsu locks and takedowns and more, this
